here it is people, i reworked on the dragon vector [link] i did, and made this. Hopefully it looks like a very old manuscript. also i wud like to correct myself as the light grunge brown which shadow2004 recommended wrks much better than the crappy redish gradient. i don't know if the font is japanese or chinese but i don't think that matters much. the structure of the manuscript is just about the shape of a calender which i intend to do sumtime soon. the big letters will say the month and the small letters will be in the shape of a square under the big letters and show the dates

That dragon looks cool, you must have put a lot of work into it. You should try adding a burt edges effect to the border, that might be cool. Nice job. :)

thanks, the dragon is originally a vector and wat's a burt edges effect i'm kinda new to photoshop.

i only had the one with googly eyes as fully transparent, which was much easier to use than the slit eyes one.
