This piece took a seriously long time, not because it was unimaginably hard because i was very lazy. i could have done this in three days but i was watching to much T.V. Anyway this is a batgirl girl cover from the comic titled silent running. the original artwork was done by Peterson Puckett and Scott Campanella. The only thing that i am disappointed about is that the sky's not the right way i wanted it to be. i created it in photoshop with the help of certain filters and then i trace bitmapped it in flash. So i can at least say it is 100% vector art and i hav no idea on how to draw a stormy sky in vector art. well that's it look out for my favourite superhero next Spiderman. (starts singing) spdierman, spiderman does watever a spider can, da da dum da da dum ( walks off humming the rest).
I think this piece really turned out great I like it very much. Sometimes when I draw my comic characters in that position, it never comes out right. You nailed it, color and all.
yes you have seen it before, beacause it was an original comical cover art done by a marvet artist, i cant remeber the name of the top of my head, but i think i mentioned it in the notes with the work. Mine is only the same except i did in a vector form in macromedia flash
Re creating it in vector shows your great skill.
One on my favorite covers !!
